The Verve Group initiative We Are Change, a not-for-profit that offers free training to budding financial advisers, has so far received 400 applications in its first two weeks, but only enough donation pledges to support 10 trainees.

The not-for-profit initiative, launched in October last year, was designed to build capacity across all levels and roles within financial services. It is a free training drive to attract and train individuals...
