The Financial Adviser Mentorship group, created on LinkedIn, was made to provide prospective advisers with support and guidance to help them achieve the relevant qualifications they need and to secure their first job. Beck (pictured), who entered the financial services sector in 2016 after a career in the army, saw people were facing the same difficulties he did when he first started out.
