No circumstances are the same with vulnerable customers, even if their situations are similar, Compliance First managing director Janice Laing told delegates at PA's latest virtual Working Lunch webinar.

Speaking at the second series of Working Lunches hosted by Professional Adviser on Thursday (20 August), in partnership with SimplyBiz Group, Laing (pictured) said "nobody walks in anybody else's shoes", meaning it is important advisers develop the soft skills they need to handle different clients that might face similar circumstances.
