Gretchen Betts, along with Julie Lord, runs South Wales adviser firm Magenta Financial Planning. Unusually for a financial planning firm, their team is made up entirely of women and the firm's website is covered in magenta. For Betts, many day-to-day leadership issues affect men as well as women. However, she acknowledges women find it tougher to "have it all", especially when it comes to juggling children alongside a successful career.
