Seneca IM CIO Elston resigns

CIO of Seneca Investment Managers Peter Elston has resigned and is set to leave the firm by the end of this year.

Elston (pictured) has spent five years with Seneca, having joined as a global investment strategist in November 2014. Prior to that he spent more than six years at Aberdeen Asset Management, where he was head of Asia Pacific strategy and asset allocation. Seneca said in a statement: "There are no current plans to directly replace Peter, and his responsibilities will be shared amongst the investment team, and others in the company."
