NMBA welcomes second cohort of apprentices to paraplanner programme

The New Model Business Academy (NMBA) of the SimplyBiz Group has welcomed a second intake to its paraplanner apprenticeship programme.

The fresh cohort of 20 apprentices began the 18-month programme on 1 September. They will be following a syllabus of both on-the-job training and classroom-based study. The NMBA programme launched in March 2018 and by February this year had more than 100 financial services professionals enrolled. The NMBA schemes are set to grow further in the coming months, with 40 additional financial adviser apprentices beginning their training in October and 40 mortgage adviser apprentices starting in November.
