Transact's parent company IntegraFin has appointed Richard Cranfield as "chair-elect" with the expectation he will become chair at the end of the company's financial year in October.
Cranfield, a partner at law firm Allen & Overy, has become a non-executive director and will take over from Christopher Munro, who has been IntegraFin's interim chair since September 2018.
The adviser platform's parent company has also added Robert Lister to its board as a non-executive director.
Lister already holds a number of similar roles at other companies. He is a non-executive director of Credit Suisse Asset Management and Investec Wealth &Investment and chair of the board of directors of the Aberdeen Smaller Companies Income Trust. He is also a director of The Salvation Army International Trustee Company.
Last March IntegraFin floated on the London Stock Exchange.
