Transact's parent company IntegraFin has appointed Richard Cranfield as "chair-elect" with the expectation he will become chair at the end of the company's financial year in October.
Cranfield, a partner at law firm Allen & Overy, has become a non-executive director and will take over from Christopher Munro, who has been IntegraFin's interim chair since September 2018. The adviser platform's parent company has also added Robert Lister to its board as a non-executive director.
