Novia 'not complacent' after multi-million pound upgrades

Novia has given its platform a makeover and made a number of changes to the adviser experience through a multi-million-pound upgrade project.

Novia uses GBST technology to power the platform but the platform said its upgrades, which cost £2m, were done in-house in an effort to differentiate itself from the rest of the market.  Novia CEO Bill Vasilieff (pictured) said the upgrades have made using the platform "much more intuitive", user-friendly and faster.
