Openwork adds chief people officer to executive team

Financial advice giant Openwork has added to its executive team with the hire of Carrie Morris as chief people officer.

Morris will now be responsible for all staff-related activity at the firm, which last month revealed it now had almost 3,900 financial advisers on its books after more than 500 joined in 2018 alone. Morris has joined Openwork from Axa where she was European human resources director for the IT division. She started her career at Zurich.
