FCA's Live & Local 2019 January-March 2019 As reported by Professional Adviser last November, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has extended its UK-wide series of interactive workshops for those with defined benefit (DB) transfer permissions until March 2019. Between 30 January and 28 March, the regulator will run eight sessions highlighting key points firms should consider when operating in the DB transfer market and reiterating its expectations of firms transacting this type of business.
