Following Monday afternoon's Budget, PA asked financial advisers for their thoughts and opinions on chancellor Philip Hammond's so-called "star bunnies" and other policy revelations

Asked by Professional Adviser what they thought of the chancellor's speech, some advisers expressed broad relief while one or two proffered a less printable view.
