CISI reveals winners of Financial Planning Gala Awards

Acumen Financial Planning took home the gong for accredited financial planning firm of the year at the annual CISI Financial Planning Gala Awards held in Birmingham on Monday night.

The firm picked up its prize in front of 300 attendees at a black tie dinner at the Hilton Metropole at the NEC. Graham Wingar picked up the certified financial planner of the year gong, while Rebecca Tuck won the paraplanner of the year award. Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) head of financial planning Jacqueline Lockie CFP said the awards evidenced how healthy financial planning was in the UK.
