John Howard to lead Transparency Task Force advisory board

John Howard has been appointed founding chairman of the Transparency Task Force's (TTF) newly-formed advisory board.

Formerly a BBC TV and radio presenter - including presenting Radio 4's You and Yours between 1979 and 1994 - Howard was appointed to the role earlier this month and is also a member of the Scottish Widows independent governance committee (IGC) and with-profits committee. He will be tasked, alongside other board members, with "formally" shaping the purpose and strategy of the pressure group.
