Transact comes up trumps again in Investment Trends' adviser survey

For the ninth year in a row Transact has finished top of the platform pile for overall adviser satisfaction in Investment Trends' annual survey.

The Investment Trends research is based on the views of 963 UK advice professionals, and the adviser platform can also boast of being rated first for overall adviser support services and overall investment capabilities that "ultimately benefit clients". The firm said it came first in nine of the 12 "most important" service measures categories and obtained the highest advocacy rating from adviser relationships.
