OMW adviser arm snaps up Wiltshire-based IFA

Old Mutual Wealth (OMW) Private Client Advisers has acquired A&M Financial Services adding £40m assets under advice.

Clients of the Wiltshire-based financial planning business will be serviced from OMW Private Client Advisers' London office. OMW Private Client Advisers was created in 2015 and now has six regional hubs across the country. It was established to serve affluent and high net worth individuals and their families. More than a third (38%) of its clients have in excess of £1m in personal wealth with the national financial advisory business.
