OMGI transfers ISA clients to Hargreaves Lansdown

Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI) has closed its ISA administration business and suggested investors transfer their holdings to Hargreaves Lansdown.

Investors have been offered the option free of exit charges. OMGI made the decision on the back of technological innovations, concluding that its current ISA and investment account services no longer met the expectations of its investors. Online access to investment, for example, is not available via the existing OMGI service. OMGI will withdraw its administration service for ISAs on 27 February next year and intends to carry out a bulk transfer of its ISA customers to Hargreaves Lansdown starting on 24 February.
