99% of investment providers are digitalising

The investment industry will be reshaped and digitally transformed by 2022, according to global research group the Roubini ThoughtLab.

In a recently published report the thinktank detected rapidly evolving attitudes towards digitalisation among firms. It said almost all (99%) investment providers were currently in the process of digitalising, albeit many in the early stages, with about half preparing for the digital journey and one-quarter being in the beginning stages of the process.
