Walker Crips has continued to make changes to its management team with the appointments of Dominic Martin and Wendy Eastwood as managing directors of its wealth and pension businesses.

The changes follow the recent appointment of Sean Lam as chief executive, succeeding Rodney Fitzgerald, who has stepped back from his role after 10 years to begin a "phased retirement". Fitzgerald, however, will retain his role as group finance director throughout the process, the firm has said.   Glenn Cooper has also been promoted to group chief operating officer, from his previous position of operations director, replacing Lam.   Martin and Eastwood are taking over responsibilities from interim head of York operations Nigel Skelton, who is stepping back to his previous role of m...
