Two Bolton advisers become PFS fellows

Two advisers from Chancellor Financial Management in Bolton have become fellows of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) - the highest professional qualification issued by the body.

Director Grant Farnell, who was awarded the title earlier this year, has been joined by his employee Ed Painter (pictured), who as a 32-year-old is one of a mere 300 people under the age of 35 to achieve the qualification. Painter joined Chancellor Financial Management nine months ago as a chartered financial planner. During the past few months he studied towards the PFS qualification when not advising clients.
