After 14 years at the helm of Continuum, managing partner Martin Brown is stepping down, leaving the business he built in the hands of his team to take on new adventures in retirement.

Brown officially stepped down at the end of August, moving into semi-retirement while working with the board and senior team over the coming months to support the transition. After more than three decades in financial advice - and 14 years spent building Continuum from the ground up - it is a significant moment. But Brown says the business is ready for life without him.
