Retirement Advantage picks former IFA for equity release role

Les Pick, formerly of LV= and Just, has been appointed equity release head of sales at Retirement Advantage.

Pick (pictured) joins after two years as LV= business development manager and was previously national sales head at The Right Equity Release. Prior to that he was a financial adviser at Just and had also worked as an IFA at the Equity Release Supermarket. Pick, who worked as a financial adviser for more than a decade, had initially started out with Aviva.
