Succession Group builds out executive team

Succession Group has made a number of changes to its executive team - a move the firm said would help to scale its operations to meet "increased demands for client-centric service and solutions".

James Stevenson, who joined the company in 2015 as group operating officer, has been appointed managing director of Succession Group while Sanjay Shah has been made managing director of Succession Advisory Services. Shah sold his IFA and corporate benefits business to Succession Group in 2014. Simon Charles has meanwhile been appointed group human resources director.
