Succession acquires two advice firms for £4m

Adviser consolidator Succession has acquired two advice firms for a total consideration of £4m.

The group acquired Wimbledon-based ethical wealth planning service Equity Invest and Paul Jones Financial Services, which operates offices in Southampton and the Isle of Wight, and joined Succession in 2015. Succession plans to acquire 50 firms from its affiliated membership by the end of 2017. So far 36 firms have been taken over, four of which were acquired this year.
