Tyrie calls on PM to disclose details of economic crime review

Chair of the Treasury select committee Andrew Tyrie has called on the Prime Minister to release details of the Cabinet Office's review into the government's work on combating economic crime.

In a letter to Theresa May, Tyrie asked for details on various aspects of the review, including its terms of reference and timeframe. He also demanded transparency on which institutions would fall within its scope and the extent to which it would be subject to public scrutiny.
