Intelliflo adds top-up facility to Automated Advice service

Advisers can configure 'stop scenarios'

Advised clients can now top-up their Automated Advice investments through the Intelligent Office Personal Finance Portal. Previously they would have had to top-up through their adviser or open a new account altogether.

Automated Advice went live last autumn and includes a tailorable advice process which incorporates attitude to risk and investment projection tools, and allows advised clients to invest in six fund providers' risk-rated portfolios through the Cofunds platform. The service offers a "complete" audit trail, the company said, so advisers can monitor client activity and configure "stop scenarios" at which clients can no longer continue the investment process.
