Economic uncertainty in the wake of the Brexit vote is the biggest concern for advisers, according to Aviva's annual survey of sentiment among UK financial advisers.

Of the 631 advisers who participated in the research, almost four-fifths (78%) said they were most worried about market volatility as the UK goes through the process of leaving the European Union (EU) - twice as many as 12 months ago. Regulatory fees and levies were also to the fore among advisers' worries. More than half of those surveyed (54%) labelled them a concern while just under half (46%) said they were concerned about Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance.
