The lang cat has published a due diligence report with the aim of offering an example to advisers of how to conduct thorough research in the Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) market.

The paper How I learned to stop worrying and love SIPP due-diligence has the consultancy act as an adviser firm carrying out its own due-diligence on the specialist SIPP provider @sipp. "You won"t have read anything quite like this paper before," it claimed.  In the stress test, the lang cat asked @sipp a range of questions on five key due-diligence topics and offered a comment on @sipp's strengths, weaknesses and points for concern for advisers after each section.
