L&G launches next generation quote and apply system

Allows 'start to finish' case management

Legal & General has announced the launch of the next generation of OLP Connect, its online protection quote and apply system.

It will provide enhanced screens and digital capability that will allow advisers to undertake the full application journey on a tablet or mobile device. Legal & General will also provide documents electronically, which advisers can email to customers during the application journey. Legal & General's OLP Connect has been market-leading since its inception in 2008, and the straigh-through rate is around 80%.
