IFA Continuum has appointed ex-Positive Solutions chief executive Jim Reeve as a non-executive director.

The adviser firm headed by Martin Brown is part of CAERUS Capital Group. Brown, a former Positive Solutions and Openwork consultant, launched the business in 2014. Reeve left the top job at Positive Solutions in 2012. He has also worked in high-level positions at Zurich Financial Services and Barclays Bank.
