Tributes have been paid to Equilibrium Financial Planning founder Colin Lawson who has died after a short illness.

Lawson founded Cheshire-based Equilibrium in 1995 and the firm reached its 30th anniversary last year. He also gave generously through the advice firm's foundation. Equilibrium stated: "Colin started Equilibrium in 1995 with one purpose that never changed in 30 years, that financial planning should make people's lives better.
