Intrinsic swells ranks with 220 exiting Sesame advisers

Adviser network Intrinsic plans to take on 220 new advisers from the closure of rival network Sesame.

The network was selected as Sesame's preferred partner, offering advisers less onerous deals than if they went elsewhere, after Sesame announced the closure of its investment advice business. The move is expected to bolster Intrinsic's adviser numbers from 988 advisers to more than 1,200 by the end of the year, Sesame's parent company Old Mutual Wealth said in its interim results on 6 August.
