Calling advisers: Enter your firm for a 'use of technology' award

Advisory businesses are being invited to showcase how they employ technology to support a brilliant customer proposition.

Nominations are being sought for ‘Leading adviser practice' and ‘Leading adviser business', two categories at the Aberdeen UK Platform Awards, which will be held in London in September. The former is for firms with up to ten advisers while the latter is for businesses with more than ten intermediaries. Awards organiser Clive Waller said judges, who will be chaired by Institute of Financial Planning chief Steve Gazzard, will be looking at firms' choice of platform or platforms "with suitability and due diligence in mind", and how the selections link with planning, risk tools and suppor...
