Openwork network's CEO departs for Old Mutual Wealth

Openwork CEO Mary-Anne McIntyre is leaving the restricted network to join Old Mutual Wealth as chief distribution officer.

Mark Duckworth, who has been managing director at Openwork since 2011, will replace McIntyre. She will go to head up Old Mututal's distribution business, which the fund manager has invested in heavily with the purchase of 3,000-strong adviser network Intrinsic last February. Following the acquisition of Quilter Cheviot, also last year, Old Mutual Wealth has £100bn assets under management. McIntyre, prior to her three years heading up Openwork, helped establish platforms FundsNetwork and Nucleus. Openwork is a multi-panel distribution network that houses 3,000 directly authorised...
