Advice firm celebrates 50 staff milestone; outlines further growth plans

Advice firm Almary Green has reached its 50-staff milestone after recruiting 13 new members since January, including two advisers.

The Norwich-based firm expanded on its back office staff to support its 16 advisers and has plans to grow further to match its increasing client bank, managing director Carl Lamb (pictured) said. The firm started as a one-man band in 2001. Lamb said: "I won't compromise on our high standards - if we need more staff to meet the demand, then we will continue to recruit.
