IFA: 'I will NEVER recommend Fundsnetwork again!'

A disgruntled IFA has vowed to shun Fidelity's Fundsnetwork platform after a client's re-registration got cancelled for the third time.

Clear Financial Advice IFA Paul Davis hit out at the network on twitter on Thursday, saying he would never recommend the platform to any of his clients again, after unsuccessfully trying to get a client's ISA and investment accounts switched from Fundsnetwork to Axa's Elevate platform. The £170,000 worth of assets were meant to get re-registered shortly after 16 May but have still not been processed, unlike the remainder of the £400,000 total assets of the client, which were held by different providers and have already been moved, he said.
