LEBC compliance director Shelton retires

Peter Shelton, research and compliance director at national IFA LEBC Group, is to retire after more than 40 years in financial services.

Shelton, who entered the industry in 1972, specialised in self administered pension schemes and investment consultancy at LEBC. He joined LEBC in June 2008 and will continue to provide the group with consultancy support. Group compliance manager Lee Simmons will take on Shelton's responsibilities.
