Towry acquires Conclusion Financial Planning

National advisory firm Towry has acquired Aberdeenshire-based adviser Conclusion Financial Planning in what marks the fourth acquisition by the business so far this year.

The take-over of Conclusion will add 50 clients and £15m of assets under management to Towry's 25,000 customers and £5bn worth of client assets. Head of Wealth Advice Andy Cowan (pictured) said: "Towry has been keen to seek growth opportunities in some of our most important client regions, including in Aberdeenshire, and as such we see Conclusion Financial Planning as an excellent fit for our business."
