Axa Elevate moves to paperless structure

Axa Elevate clients will be able to view documents online following industry feedback.

Clients will be given the option of receiving correspondence from the platform in paper form or digitally, although certain documents will continue to be sent by post for security reasons. The platform has introduced an automated alert system that will notify clients via email when they have been sent documents.
