Bellpenny buys second accountant-tied IFA firm this month

IFA acquirer, Bellpenny, has completed a client bank and funds under management acquisition of Price Bailey Financial Planning, the IFA arm of Price Bailey Chartered Accountants.

Price Bailey is one of the UK's top 30 accountancy practices. The deal involves 1,700 of Price Bailey's active clients and funds under management of £150m. It also encompasses an ongoing referral arrangement for accountancy practice clients. Meanwhile, Price Bailey will move forward with a smaller advisory team that will focus entirely on ultra-high net worth clients and employee benefits.
