SIPPclub launches residential property campaign

SIPPclub has launched a one month campaign to gather feedback on whether residential property should be held in a SIPP.

The SIPP information service is inviting members of the public and the property and pension industries to take part in the survey. The findings will be collated and passed onto the Treasury. SIPPclub founder Brian Bennis says: "We want as many people to join it as possible. We're taking a view across the whole sector. We launched it yesterday and we've already had at least one SIPP operator response, a few property [experts] and a few [respondents] with and without SIPPs. It's going to be a valid set of data."
