Mark Links will become the head of Elevate operations for Axa Wealth from 17 April.
Links has worked for Transact and Saunderson House, where he had responsibility for operations and proposition development. He will report to Axa Wealth chief operating officer Andrew Smith. He will run operations for Elevate and will be responsible for driving efficiency, overseeing regulatory requirements and enhancing the overall platform experience.
