Aviva merges off and on-platform assets

Aviva is to combine its wrap platform and legacy business into one online system, in a bid to accelerate wrap growth and streamline the service provided to advisers.

The system is currently in trial phase with a number of larger firms, before being rolled out to all advisers using Aviva next month, IFAonline understands. Using a single log-in, advisers will be able to see clients on the firm's Bravura-powered wrap platform, as well as those currently accessed through the Aviva for Advisers site, in off-platform life and pension products. The majority of life companies with platforms currently have separate online systems for legacy clients, including Standard Life with its Adviser Zone site.
