SFO Arck investigation turns to advisers

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) wants all advisers with clients invested in the Arck property funds to make contact with investigators.

The body, which is working on the investigation with Nottinghamshire Police, also wants investors to get in touch with ‘Project Bijou' officers. The SFO is investigating allegations of serious fraud involving investments made in Arck, and self-invested personal pension provider HD Administrators and other related companies. It said the Financial Services Authority (FSA) is also interested in matters arising from the investigation.
