Aviva launches RDR client fee app

Aviva has launched an iPad app to help advisers service their clients after the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).

The new ‘Fees-ability' app has hit the market as the group's latest research revealed 55% of advisers use or plan to use tablet technology to serve their clients. The app, which is now free to download from Apple iTunes by searcing for Aviva or Fees-ability, allows advisers to model and analyse the servicing costs of their individual clients. It also enables them to develop a greater understanding of the long-term sustainability of their businesses after the legislation change.
