Investment Week hosted our 14th annual Investment Company of the Year Awards at a glittering ceremony in London last night.

With the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) only a matter of weeks away, the investment company sector finds itself at the dawn of a new era. It is therefore encouraging that a growing number of boards and management groups have done a huge amount of work to improve the transparency of communication with existing shareholders and also broaden appeal to newer investors.
