Following reports that Skandia is in talks to buy a share in Caerus Wealth, chief executive, Keith Carby, has insisted to IFAonline that the management at Caerus is "not in exit mode".
The reports regarding talks with Skandia appeared in the trade press on Friday afternoon. Carby would neither confirm or deny the reports but explained that the company had conducted many talks with other companies this year regarding the possibility of part acquisition. He also said that Caerus had not initiated any of the conversations.
