Network Direct integrates software systems

Capita Financial Software is to offer integration with Plum Software's client relationship management system as part of its deal with Network Direct.

The Midlands-based advisory network signed a five year deal with Capita last month. Its advisers have access to the software provider's new 'Synaptic Fusion' technology. It incorporates product and fund research, on and off platform comparison, a quotation portal and a new investment modelling tool. Network Direct's strategic back office system Plum Software, will integrate with the new technology to provide an end-to-end technology solution for advisers.
