Just Retirement unveils FTA switch offer

Just Retirement will enable retirees to switch from a fixed term annuity to a different pension if their circumstances change.

Fixed-term annuity clients who selected Plan Protection can now move due to factors including divorce, death of a spouse or changes to their income needs. "The conversion option appeals to retirees who want the certainty of return a fixed-term annuity offers but are wary about being locked in," said Stephen Lowe, group director of external affairs and customer insight director at Just Retirement.
