Advisers fail to see how small pot plan will work - poll

Research from technology provider Avelo found the majority of advisers backed the Department for Work and Pensions' move to introduce a system of ‘pot follows member', which automatically transfers pension savings as people move jobs. Some 80% of advisers polled favoured the move, and 41% thought it was a long overdue policy. However, while an additional 39% thought it was a good idea they were unsure on how it would work in practice.
