A second man has been arrested as part of a Financial Services Authority (FSA) investigation into a suspected unauthorised foreign exchange trading scheme.
The FSA confirmed a 54-year-old man was arrested yesterday on suspicion of committing offences under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the Fraud Act 2006. It follows the arrest of 23-year-old Alex Hope last month in connection with the same investigation. No one has yet been charged as part of the investigation.
